Zach Smith

Those who know me can say that I am a trusting and passionate individual who is always looking to support the interests and goals of others.

My overall mission is to always build a relationship with my clients and work together as a TEAM! 

For years I have been training clients virtually and in-person. My approach involves a combination of safe and effective exercise regimens with new and diverse progressive workouts, personalized to fit the individual needs of my clients. 

How I Help:

I teach my clients how fun adopting a new lifestyle can be and help them understand their new physical abilities as they progress through a new journey in life.

I also provide nutritional coaching to promote healthy dietary habits.

My Background:

I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach as well as a Sports Nutrition Coach. I have achieved:

• My B.S. in Exercise Science at Adelphi University in Long Island, NY.

• Certification in Strength and Conditioning through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

• My CPR and AED certification through the American Heart Association.
